Maluku Divers offers clean and comfortable, basic accommodation at very reasonable rates, comparable with other Ambon hotels. With it's location just off the beach in Latuhalat, the dive centre is a very convenient base from which to dive with Maluku Divers. The dive centre houses divers in fully air-conditioned single and double rooms, encompassed within the dive centre building. Shared shower and bathroom facilities have recently been retiled and additional showers have been installed.

With new beds, linen, towels and air conditioning units, the facilities are very comfortable and the attentive staff at the dive centre ensure that divers are not found wanting during their stay.

The dive centre also has spacious, bright dining areas, newly constructed outdoor and indoor camera tables, for editing and preparation without fear of fogging due to A/C. For the lazy evenings, there is a pretty terrace with direct views to the ocean 20 metres in front. Soft drinks and the occasional cold Bintang can be purchased from the Maluku Divers office.

Ambon accommodation packages come with full board, the menu courtesy of the local chef, who prepares a delightful array of Indonesian style dishes, freshly grilled tuna and other locally purchased pelagic sea fish, rice, local vegetables and soups. During two tank dive trips, delightful lunches are taken aboard the dive vessels, to be enjoyed in one of the idyllic and secluded bays nestled along Ambon's coastlines.

Divers should not leave without trying the local delicacy Rujak, an interesting blend of peanuts and soft brown cane sugar, served over sliced local fruits - the healthy chilli content makes for a firey after taste. With daily snacks and delicious home made nutmeg preserve, guests leave Maluku Divers having enjoyed a healthy nutritious diet.
